Jack is the co-founder of Cryptic Studios, the developer of MMO titles such as City of Heroes/City of Villains, Star Trek and Champions Online. Jack told us there's always a line that needs to be watched when developing a game and that it's impossible to satisfy all fans. They have to balance the game they are creating with the one the players demand.

After having great success with City Of Heroes/Villains Jack acknowledged that he was unprepared for the success Blizzard would have with WOW. Of it he says, "You combine a game as well done as that with Blizzards fan base and it's an instant success."
